A resident of China installed a real aquarium on his Li Auto L9 crossover, Carscoops reported.

Judging by the videos published on social networks, the aquarium was installed in the hood of the car and covered with a layer of sealed plastic. Real live fish swim under it, the newspaper explained.

Li Auto L9 with specific tuning was noticed in the Chinese province of Liaoning. Social media users are sharply negative about such a change in the car, calling them cruel. Carscoops, citing the local police, writes that the tuning does not meet road safety requirements.

The owner of the car explained to News Flare such tuning by the fact that he went fishing, forgot to take a fish container and decided that the hood of the L9 would be suitable as an aquarium.
