Welcome to the EXCARS platform (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our"). We understand the importance of personal information security and strictly comply with privacy regulations. 4. Business restructuring and data inheritance
Your personal information may be lawfully transferred as part of your assets if:
(1) Business adjustment: Due to the sale, merger or acquisition or division of subsidiaries/business lines of EXCARS, relevant customer information needs to be transferred to the transferee;
(2) Overall acquisition: When all or substantially all of EXCARS' assets are acquired by a third party, customer information will be transferred as transaction assets.
