EXCARS uses the agreement

Welcome to the EXCARS platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we"). This agreement is jointly concluded between you ("User") and Yiwei New Energy Technology (Chengdu) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). By accessing or using the platform's services, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms of this agreement. Please read these terms of use carefully.
1. Scope of Services and Rights Ownership
1. Privacy
EXCARS fully understands your concerns about personal privacy and our use of your personal information. Whether you visit our website, use our services, or simply browse our website, we will do our utmost to protect your personal information. Our privacy policy also applies to your use of EXCARS services.
2. Electronic communication and notifications
When you use EXCARS services or contact us via email, online forms, etc., you agree to receive our notices, agreements, and other information (including but not limited to SMS, email, website announcements) in electronic form. We may send you transaction confirmations, policy updates, service reminders, and other information via SMS, email, website announcements, or messages within the platform. You must ensure that the contact information you provide (such as email and phone number) is valid and promptly check the information.
3. Intellectual property
(1) Ownership of intellectual property
All content on the platform (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, data compilations, and digital downloads) is copyrighted by EXCARS or authorized content providers and is protected by international treaties such as the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China and the Berne Convention.
(2) Usage restrictions
Without written authorization from EXCARS, copying, modifying, or distributing platform content, or using the content for commercial purposes (such as creating competing websites, training materials), is prohibited.
(3) Trademarks and commercial identifiers
EXCARS Logo:Graphics, logos, headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks or business appearances of EXCARS. You must not use EXCARS' trademarks and business appearance in any way that may cause customer confusion or in any way that disparages or disparages EXCARS, in any way that does not belong to EXCARS.
Third-party identification:Third-party trademarks have no affiliation with EXCARS; vehicle brand logos (such as Toyota and BYD) displayed on the platform belong to the original rights holders.
2. User Access Permissions and Usage Restrictions
1. Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, EXCARS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license, allowing you:
(1) Visit the platform and browse public content such as vehicle information and industry news;
(2) Use basic service functions (such as online consultation and email inquiry).
2. Prohibited behaviors
You must not engage in the following activities (including but not limited to):
(1) Commercial use: reselling platform content, bulk scraping of product listings/price data, developing derivative services;
(2) Misuse of technology: Using scrapers, bots, or data mining tools to illegally obtain information;
(3) Logo infringement: unauthorized use of EXCARS trademarks, Meta tags, page design elements, or hidden text;
(4) Disrupting services: attacking platform systems, tampering with data, or disrupting normal operations.
All rights not expressly granted in this agreement (including intellectual property, trade secrets, etc.) are reserved by EXCARS or its partners, and any commercial use requires written authorization from EXCARS. If you violate the above terms, EXCARS reserves the right to immediately terminate access permissions and pursue legal liability.
III. Transaction and Liability Clauses
1. Formation of the contract
Your order is an offer to purchase the product. If you order products through EXCARS, we will send you an "invoice" to the email address you provide for payment. You need to complete payment within 15 working days as agreed. Once EXCARS confirms receipt of payment, the contract between EXCARS and you becomes effective.
2. Cancellation and refund
During the transaction period, all EXCARS users must communicate via email and phone. During the transaction period, if EXCARS has sent you the invoice for the ordered product by email and cannot be contacted within 15 days, even if you attempt multiple times by email and phone (more than 5 times), it means you have canceled the transaction. If you request to cancel your order after payment has already been made, we will charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the invoice amount or $2,000 (whichever is higher). In such cases, we will send you the refund amount after deducting the fees, and the costs will be covered by your bank. After we provide you with the shipping schedule, even if you cancel the transaction, you will not receive a refund. If we cancel the transaction for unavoidable reasons (such as damage or unavailability of the product or service), we will refund 100% of the amount you received at our bank, and you will bear the necessary bank fees. After receiving a cancellation request, we will initiate the refund within 15 working days. The exact time for receipt depends on the payment method and bank procedures; we cannot guarantee the refund will be received. Once the procedures are complete, we will notify you by email. EXCARS does not accrue interest on the refunded amount.
3. Ownership transfer/loss risk
Ownership of all goods purchased from EXCARS (including original documents including bills of lading) will transfer to you upon arrival at the agreed destination (including designated domestic ports, warehouses, or other designated delivery locations).
4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
1. Import compliance responsibilities
You must confirm the regulations, certification requirements, and tariff policies of the target import country yourself before purchasing. The platform assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from customs clearance failures, fines or confiscations, or compliance disputes.
2. Product Information Accuracy Statement
Vehicle information (such as condition, mileage, configuration) is provided by third parties, and EXCARS strives to be as accurate as possible. However, EXCARS does not guarantee that any product descriptions or other content provided by EXCARS services are accurate, complete, reliable, or up-to-date. If products sold on EXCARS seriously differ from descriptions, we will conduct a neutral and in-depth review and inform you of claims resolution, product returns, and refund decisions.
3. Price Description
Unless otherwise stated, the "FOB" and "Price" displayed on our website represent the retail prices offered on our website. When goods are provided by our merchants, the listed prices may be provided by the merchants. Generally, if our website displays two prices for a product, one representing the official sales price and the other the current price; If only one price is displayed, that number is the current price. Prices provided by third parties may be dynamically adjusted and are subject to the latest quote at the time of order confirmation.
4. Other services
Parties other than EXCARS operate stores, provide services, sell products, or list advertisements on this website, and this website may link to affiliated companies and certain other companies' websites. EXCARS is not responsible for inspecting or assessing, nor does it guarantee the content of such businesses or individuals' products or websites. EXCARS assumes no responsibility or obligation for any of these or any other third-party actions, products, or content. You should carefully review their privacy statements and other terms of use.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
All EXCARS services and content (including but not limited to information, materials, software) are provided on an "as is" and "available" basis, and the platform makes no express or implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, virus availability, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EXCARS makes no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
EXCARS does not guarantee EXCARS services; Information, content, materials, products (including software), or other services provided to you through EXCARS services or otherwise provided; EXCARS' servers or emails sent from EXCARS contain no viruses or other harmful components. EXCARS is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of any EXCARS services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. If products sold to you through EXCARS services result in physical or material loss caused by EXCARS' negligence, EXCARS' liability shall be limited to the amount equal to the purchase price of the product.
Laws in certain jurisdictions do not allow restrictions on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you may have other rights.
5. Legal and dispute resolution

By accessing excars.cn, you agree that Chinese law (without regard to conflict of law principles) will govern these Terms of Use and any disputes that may arise between you and EXCARS and/or any other affiliates.
2. Disputes
Except as permitted by law, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Court shall designate a non-exclusive venue for any disputes related to your use of excars.cn or products or services purchased through excars.cn. However, for commercial clients, the Chengdu High-tech Zone Court should be the exclusive jurisdiction for such disputes.
6. Website Strategy, Modification, and Divisibility
Please refer to other policies published on this website, such as our Privacy Policy. These policies also manage your access to excars.cn and use of EXCARS services. EXCARS reserves the right to change this website, the services provided, policies, and these terms of use at any time. If any part of these Terms of Use is deemed invalid, invalid, or unperformable for any reason, such terms shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining conditions.
